About Failed Utterances

Failed utterances are those inputs/questions for which the bot was not able to help the user.  

The Train section, allows us to train these utterances and make them part of the bot’s Knowledge Base (Mange Task, Manage Q&A and/or SmallTalk ). It can be found under the Supervised Learning section.
