Agent Queue Administration in Teams app

This feature allows Live Chat admin to set up a Team in Microsoft Teams.

1. Admin can go to Live chat > Live Chat Setting and add a queue using the Manage Queue option.

2. Once a queue is added it creates a corresponding Team in Microsoft Teams.
