Changing bot Landing Message or closing response

To update the initial landing message or closing response, the message the bot initially gives end-user, follow these steps:  

1. Go to Virtual Agent Management
2. From the submenu select Settings
3. In the Settings menu click Common Bot Prompts
4. You can now update the landing message in Teams/Slack, web widget and/or conversation end response, by clicking on the pencil to edit.
5. When done, click on the disk to save.
