Changing bot Landing Message or closing response

To update the initial landing message or closing response, the message the bot initially gives end-user, follow these steps:
- Go to Virtual Agent Management
- From the submenu select Settings
- In the Settings menu click Common Bot Prompts
- You can now update the landing message in Teams/Slack, web widget and/or conversation end response, by clicking on the pencil to edit.
- When done, click on the disk to save.
