Image Ratio for Responses/Answers in Teams

Our best practice and previous testing has found that the optimal image size in Teams is the following. 

Image 

Format: PNG, JPEG 

Size: 10 MB 

Max Dimension: 400x400 or 400x600 (Teams) 

GIFs 

Size: Less 10MB (we don’t recommend more that 4-5MB due to load time) 

Max Dimension: 400x400 or 400x600 (Teams)
