Live Chat: Re-assign Chat to different Queue
Chat Agent Supervisors can re-assign chats to another agent in the same queue or in a different queue.
Role Required:
Chat Agent Supervisor
Steps for the procedure:
1. Go to “Monitor chats”.
2. Select chat from “Active Chat” tab you want to reassign.
3. Click on “Reassign chat”.

4. Select the queue from drop-down.

5. Select agent from list ( Only active agents from the selected queue will be visible in list) and click on “Re-assign”.
