Removing Hierarchical and Simple Tags from a Knowledge Article

To remove a Removing Hierarchical and Simple Tags from a QA response:

1. Click on Metadata Management

2. If you would like to remove a Hierarchical Tag, under Hierarchical Tagclick the Label for Level 1

3.Click Select Dimension

4.If you would like to remove a Simple Tags, under Simple Tagsclick your created Simple tag in the first box

5.Click Select Metadate
