Task flow now with attachment option

In Manage Tasks, it is now possible to upload a pdf, jpg or direct URL of a file, so it can be associated with a Task flow. This will give admins the ability to: 

1. Verify if the bot is responding as outlined in the attached file 
2. Access the attached file to have a basis to make edits when there is a need to make changes.  

An additional enhancement to Manage Task, information on Ticketing Queue/Category/Subcategory Assignment (if applicable) is now part of the Task information.   

Note: This is currently enabled for Asc Admin role.
