Ticketing Task Automation

Ticket admins have the option to auto-close tickets from Resolved or Submitted status.
To enable an Automation Action -
1. Select the Action you want to enable`
2. Choose the number of weeks after which you want this automation to run.
3. Choose the status as published and click update.

Note - After you publish an Automation Action it will run and update the existing tickets, and then it will run Evey saturday at 00:00 hours as per UTC time zone.
