Bot Triggers

Bot Triggers allows you to manage different types of triggers for your Rezolve.ai Bot.

Access level needed - ASC Admin
  

Here are the current features accessible by the ASC admin -   

1. Show Hierarchy view of all Q&A
2. Bulk tag Simple Tags
3. Bulk delete Q&A

Shows hierarchy view of all Q&A - When the admin goes to the Bot Trigger menu, it shows a view based on the current classification of the Q&As. All the Q&As which are not tagged to any classification are shown as Unassigned.   

You can expend classification at any level, the expended classification looks like - Domain>Service>Category>SubCategory>Q&As
  

Bulk tag Simple Tags - You can select multiple Q&As at any level Domain>Service>Category>SubCategory>Q&As and tag one or more Simple Tags.

  

Bulk delete Q&A - You can select multiple Q&As and delete them at any level.
  

Updated Q&A View - Once you are at the question Level you can click on the view icon to see the classified view of Q&A.
