Ticket Supervisors can select multiple tickets from the ticket display list and move them to Close status using one single operation.
Ticket Agent Supervisor
Steps for the procedure:
1. Select the check box beside each incident that you want to close.
2. Click on “Bulk Action” on the top-right-hand side of the screen. You will also get the information about the selected records.
3. Click on “Close Selected”
4. Select “Yes” on confirmation dialog box.
5. You will get a “Job ID no.” and you can check the status under “Request” menu.
6. When the status of the job is “Completed”then all the selected tickets are moved to closed status.
