What is Aisera?
Aisera was founded in 2017 and built its reputation on AI-driven service automation for IT help desks before expanding into HR, finance, customer service and IT operations. Automation Anywhere, a long-standing RPA vendor, acquired the company in November 2025 to add conversational agents to its process automation platform.
Most organizations deploy Aisera as an AI layer over an existing ITSM such as ServiceNow. Aisera also sells its own ITSM, and states that its products integrate with third-party ITSM platforms including ServiceNow, Jira and BMC.
Aisera key features
- Aisera Assistant and Agentic Conversations. Employee and customer self-service across Teams, Slack, web chat, email and portals.
- Agent Assist. Ticket classification, routing and next-best-action suggestions for human agents.
- Hyperflows and Agent Composer. Workflow automation and natural-language agent building, now with a built-in test panel.
- Aisera Unify. Orchestrates Aisera and third-party agents using open standards such as A2A and MCP.
- Next-Gen ITSM. Incident, problem, change and request management with a dynamic CMDB.
- AIOps. Event correlation and incident automation for IT operations teams.
- Security and governance. A published security and compliance program, with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and HIPAA listed on Aisera's site.
Limitation to note: The breadth comes with setup effort. "Learning curve" is Aisera's most-cited con on G2.
Aisera pricing (2026)
Aisera does not publish pricing, and at the time of writing its former pricing page returns an error. The best public data points are third-party:
| Data point | Figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Azure Marketplace, up to 1,000 users | About $200,000/year | eesel AI |
| Azure Marketplace, up to 10,000 users | About $1.2 million/year | eesel AI |
| Reported median contract (Vendr data) | About $90,000/year | Unthread |
These are reported figures, not vendor quotes.
Watch the pricing model at renewal. Automation Anywhere's CEO has said the company charges for work done rather than underutilized seats. Ask exactly what will be metered, how costs scale with resolution volume, and whether implementation is included.

Aisera uses custom quotes. Third-party analysis reports about $200,000 per year for up to 1,000 users on Azure Marketplace, with a reported median contract near $90,000.
