About the Role

The Lead – Partnerships & Alliances will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with technology partners, channel partners, and system integrators to accelerate Rezolve.ai’s market expansion. This individual will play a key role in shaping partnership strategies, executing joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and ensuring mutual business growth through collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and alliance strategy aligned with Rezolve.ai’s business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners including technology vendors, resellers, consulting firms, and system integrators.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations to drive collaboration and joint initiatives.

Go-to-Market & Growth Enablement

  • Define joint GTM plans and partnership models (OEM, referral, reseller, co-sell, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to establish technology integrations and co-innovation opportunities.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Drive revenue growth through channel and alliance partnerships.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track partner performance and business impact.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure continuous alignment and performance improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer success) to enable seamless partner engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between Rezolve.ai and partner organizations to resolve operational or strategic challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel Management, or Business Development roles in a B2B SaaS / Enterprise Technology environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling successful partnerships and alliances that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales, and partner ecosystems (especially Microsoft ecosystem is a plus).
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI, automation, or ITSM solutions.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Teams or ServiceNow partnership ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with co-marketing, channel enablement, and revenue-sharing models.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
