About the Role

We're seeking a technically skilled AI and Automation QA professional to join our dynamic team. You'll be at the forefront of testing Generative Al model implementations within our SAAS application, ensuring our AI-powered virtual agent delivers exceptional user experiences. As we scale, you'll play a pivotal role in building robust automation frameworks for our Al testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Al Model Testing: Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Large Language Model LLM) integrations within our ITSM platform.
• Chatbot Validation: Test conversational Al capabilities, response accuracy, intent recognition, and user interaction flows.
• Functional Testing: Ensure seamless integration between Al components and core ITSM functionalities.
• Test Automation Development: Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium Java or Cypress for Al-driven features.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve Al- related bugs and performance issues.
• Test Strategy Evolution: Contribute to developing specialized testing methodologies for Al/ML applications

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in software testing with hands-on automation experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Selenium Java OR Cypress (JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
• Experience with API testing and web application testing
• Al Awareness: Interest in or basic understanding of Al/ML testing concepts
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in small, agile teams
• Communication: Clear communication skills for documenting test cases and reporting issues
