Configure Ticket Hierarchy and Categorization

Category Hierarchy

Category Hierarchy allows you to add a new level of hierarchy or change the label of the existing level.

Click ‘Add new Level’ to add a new level to your hierarchy.

Type a label for your hierarchy and click the ‘Update’ button to update the label from the default value to a new Value. 

Category

In this screen you can Add, Edit or Delete categories.

Click ‘Add New Domain’ to add a new domain.

Click on the any category and it will enable can Add, Edit, Delete, buttons to take action at the same level.
