Multi Department bot.
In the continuous journey of increasing the capability of the virtual agent, Multi Department Virtual Agent is a milestone. It enables a single virtual agent to serve the various departments in any organization. Upon registration itself, we can choose how many departments we would like to have which can be served by the virtual agent.
- Each department can have its own set of Questions and Answers and Tasks.
- Admins/Agents can be tagged to any of the departments, depending upon where they are required to be served.
- End users will have access to the entire Knowledge Base, all tasks and can choose to route their issue to any of the departments.
- For IT and HR there is a default Knowledge Base. Other departments will come with truncated Knowledgebase.
- For any Organisation that chooses to have more than one team, another default team is available called- Global. This Team serves the purpose of handling issues that are generic in nature i.e. pertaining to more than one team.
