Rename an existing Ticketing Category Hierarchy level

Access level needed

Ticket Agent Supervisor 

Instructions

1. Select Ticket Management 

2. Select Settings from the Ticketing sub-menu 

3. Select Category Hierarchy 

4. Find the level you would like to rename and modify it 

5. Click ‘Update’ button when done
