Rich text options for Notification

The text box for creating notification content is now replaced with a rich text editor. This new editor allows admins to add rich text (Bold, Italic, Heading) along with some media options like Images, Videos, and attachments.
  

To create a notification with rich text and media Bot admin can follow the below steps -    

1. Navigate to Virtual Agent Management > Notification
2. Add the title and description (You can use rich text ad Media for this)
3. Select Audience and schedule notification
